After an Initial Consultation of 90 minutes in which I gather your personal information, each subsequent treatment session lasts for 60 minutes. I use a combination of hypnotherapy and counselling, dependent upon your needs and I will ensure, as far as possible, that you are comfortable with the empathetic nature of my approach."
