Order Online Counselling - Boost Confidence You have taken the first step towards online counselling. Once you have made your purchase, you will be redirected to our pre-therapy questionnaire. This questionnaire must be completed before your therapy commences. The questionnaire is used prior to all treatments and it gives us important information about you so that we can then focus on any issues immediately in your initial session. Upon receipt of your completed form, we will contact you by email to confirm the day and time of your Skype Live Chat or Skype Telephone call (n.b: Skype to Skype calls are free, calls from a landline to Skype are charged at normal national rate). If you are using the Email Counselling service, I will acknowledge receipt of your completed questionnaire within 24 hours (Monday - Friday). I will then wait for you to reply describing the presenting issue in as much detail as you care to offer me, to which I will respond within 24 hours (Monday - Friday).
