Stress and Anxiety

Probably the most common problem presented to therapists everywhere and very much a symptom of our modern lives. Anxiety/stress is generated by fear of one thing or another. Perhaps you fear making a wrong decision and as a result you feel you are running around like a headless chicken. Perhaps your workload is so great that you feel you are working ineffectively and you fear your abilities will be questioned. Perhaps you make demands on yourself that are too high and you push yourself unrealistically; do you fear failure? There are a number of reasons, most of them well understood, why anxiety and stress have become a problem for you. Counselling, hypnotherapy or a combination of both can get to the root of the problem and help you make the change.
